This is my first time to cook pancakes from scratch. With pancakes, it has always been a rush rush affair to get the pancake mix, cook it and have it ready for breakfast before the school bus arrives! But now, there is opportunity to forego of the ready made mix and prepare it myself. And no regrets, it is so much flavorful this way.

Oh yeah it is more flavorful! The last time I made pancakes from scratch was back in 1999 during our Home Economics class....hehehe :D

cooking from scratch is really the way to go. if only we can have that luxury, no? my lapis entry was done from scratch too. i can't have it any other way. :)
even i cannot find time to make pancakes from scratch every time as well, siguro pag weekends pa:) perfect presentation!:)
